1Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you place an order, create an account, sign up for emails or texts, enter a giveaway, leave a review, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, and any message you send us.

Payment information

Payments are processed by our payment providers (including Shopify and its payment partners). We do not store your full card number; that information is handled directly by the payment processor under its own security standards.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our providers automatically collect certain data through cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site, and how you interact with the Site. We do not collect precise GPS geolocation data from your device; an IP address may indicate only a general, approximate region and is used for security, fraud prevention, and analytics — not to track your location or provide location-based services.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from service providers such as our e-commerce platform, marketing tools, analytics providers, and advertising partners to help us run and improve our store.

3How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as needed to run our business, including with:

• Service providers — our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping and fulfillment carriers, email and SMS marketing providers (such as Klaviyo), analytics, and customer support tools, who process data on our behalf;
• Advertising partners — who may help us reach customers; depending on your jurisdiction, certain ad-related sharing may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under privacy laws, and you can opt out (see Section 8);
• Legal and safety — when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public; and
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Text message data. We will not share your text message opt-in or consent status with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing the messaging service. We may share this data with vendors who help us deliver text messages, including messaging platform providers and phone carriers. Any sharing or selling of personal information described in this Policy excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure site performance, and support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works. Where required, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).

Shopping cart and cart reminders. Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to help keep track of the items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. We use this information to determine when to send cart reminder messages, which — where you have opted in — may include reminders by email or text message.

5Analytics & Advertising

We may use analytics and advertising services to understand how visitors use the Site and to show you relevant ads on other platforms. These providers may use cookies and device identifiers to collect information about your activity over time and across sites.

6Email & SMS Marketing

If you opt in, we send marketing emails and/or text messages about products, drops, and promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply to texts. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email, and you can stop texts at any time by replying STOP (or reply HELP for help). Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about your orders. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

7Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our products and services, comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate information;
• Request deletion of your information;
• Opt out of marketing communications; and
• Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Children’s Privacy

Our products are used by athletes of many ages, but the Site is intended for purchases by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us at support@stickyjams.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11International Visitors

We operate in the United States, and your information will be processed here. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before providing any information.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Policy.
