Got these for my son but we haven’t officially put the to use. I paired them to my phone and they sound amazing I’m giving it a 4 star review cuz I have yet to figure out how to upload music.

I liked how quick they came but i dont like how the range of Bluetooth is terrible only around 10-15 yards of range and the sound is pretty low.

This is probably because the files are corrupt. Follow these steps:
1) upload songs to this link and redownload
2) turn off sticky jam
3) plug in right spaeker into computer
4) go to Disk Utility (or equivalent on ur computer)
5) Find the Sticky Jam (either called "NO NAME" or "USB DRIVE" (or whatever u named it)
6) press "Erase"
7) download those new songs from step 1 onto your Sticky Jam
8) press Eject
9) turn off, unplug, and try again
If problems persist, message support@stickyjams.com for support.
Go to a YouTube to MP3 Convertor and download your files from there
2) put your files into https://notevibes.com/audio-bitrate-changer , and download them again
2) turn off sticky jam
3) plug in right speaker into computer
4) go to Finder or File Explorer, locate "NO NAME" or "USB DRIVE"
5) drag files from step 2 into that folder
6) Press "Eject"
7) Unplug and turn off Sticky Jam before starting again
